How do I order online?

Browse our selection of beer, wine, and spirits. Once you’ve found the items you’d like to purchase, add them to your cart and click the cart icon in the upper right-hand corner to begin checkout. You may also type in your desired product in the search bar.


Shopping Cart Details

At checkout, please select your preferred pickup date and pickup method: In-Store Pickup or Curbside Pickup. Online orders may take up to two hours to prepare. You’ll receive a text or email notification once your order is ready.


Discounts

Eligible discounts will appear in your cart at checkout and will be applied automatically.


Why am I being asked for my shipping address?

Shipping and delivery are not permitted under Worcester County, Maryland law. The address requested at checkout is used as the billing address for your credit card. All online orders are for in-store pickup or curbside pickup only.


What do I need to bring to pick up my order?

Please bring a valid government-issued ID so we can verify that you are 21 years of age or older and authorized to pick up the order.

For curbside pickup, please have your cell phone available so you can call the store when you arrive. We also recommend having your order number ready.


When can I pick up my order?

You may pick up your order after receiving a notification by text or email, depending on the contact method selected at checkout. Pickup orders can only be claimed during normal store business hours.


Orders placed within 30 minutes of closing will be ready the next morning.


Where do I pick up my order?

For Curbside Pickup Orders When you arrive at the store, please call 410-213-2079 and provide your name and/or order number. Please have a valid ID ready. We will verify your name and age before releasing the order.


Orders may only be picked up by someone who is 21 years of age or older.

For In-Store Pickup Orders Please park in any available parking space, enter the store, and let a cashier know you are here to pick up an online order.


Is curbside pickup contactless?

Yes. You do not need to get out of your vehicle. A team member will bring your order to your car and place it in your trunk or vehicle.


Do I need to tip your employees?

No. Our employees are payed a hourly wage. Assisting customers in any manner is exactly what their job description entails. We appreciate your business.


What should I do if there is an issue with my order after pickup?

Please call us at 410-213-2079 and we’ll be happy to assist you if any item is incorrect.

West-O Bottle Shop & Bar is a family-owned and operated business proudly serving locals and visitors in the Ocean City area.


Owned by Dave and Sara Hambury, a local family with deep roots in the community, West-O has grown from a small 1,000-square-foot beer and wine shop into an award-winning retail destination known for quality products, friendly service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.


The business began in 2000 when Dave and Sara purchased a small beer and wine store and named it The Green Room. Just one year later, they doubled the shop’s size, continuing to build a loyal following as an independent local business.


In 2013, after Worcester County relocated its neighboring liquor dispensary, the Hamburys were granted permission to expand into the space and independently operate a full beer, wine, liquor, destination. With hard work, care, and a whole lot of local heart, they rebuilt and relaunched the business as West-O Bottle Shop.


Today, West-O offers a thoughtfully curated selection of beer, wine, spirits, ready-to-drink cocktails, mixers, gourmet snacks, barware, and entertaining essentials. Proudly voted a Coastal Style Magazine Best Of winner for over ten consecutive years.


Whether customers are stocking up for a beach weekend, planning a celebration, searching for the perfect bottle, or stopping in for a drink at the bar, West-O is committed to making every visit easy, enjoyable, and welcoming.
